IGYB was founded by Ro Parry, a former athlete, wife to a football coach, and mom to three competitive kids. In her family, sports are part of daily life. Early mornings, late nights, long weekends. Wins that stay with you. Losses that teach you early.

Sports shaped the Parry family through discipline, accountability, and resilience. More than competition, they taught one thing clearly. Nothing meaningful is done alone.
